We are the UK's leading training provider and pioneers of Decorative Resin Training. First established in 2016 and introduced the UK to what you see today as Decorative Resin Coatings. After having no luck finding local companies aware of this industry we began to train ourselves. We realised that there was a shortage of skilled operatives to meet the growing demand, so began our Training Academy. We have trained pretty much every installer you see in the UK today, including those that offer training. Tom, AKA Milano as the industry knows him, is an award-winning floor artist having won best retail floor 2022. Milano has showcased his legendary artistic skills on all major platforms including Grand Designs twice and has travelled worldwide teaching others how to replicate his famous Milano Marble designs as well as being the Creator of the world-renowned melt technique. 

Furthermore, Jenflow is the only UK decorative resin coatings training academy that can offer you NVQs in resin coatings. We are part of the NOCN group after being assessed on our ability to provide industry-recognised training and assessments.
